Letting from castle residential has been a breeze, their contractors have always been professional and considerate whenever anything needed maintenance! The castle residential staff have been responsive and helpful throughout the letting process, through the tenancy, and supportive throughout the tenancy ending (including providing references within the same day of the request).

I have been for over two years in a flat managed by them, and I have never had an issue. Communication always clear!

I can’t recommend Surj and his team enough. I first approached Castle Residential for a valuation of my property for sell but then we decided not to sell but let it. Surj advise and help was key in the process to get our remortgage proving the situation of the current market for letting and that our flat would be rented quickly and at the price we wanted/needed.
I had no doubt we were leaving our flat in very good hands. He found the right tenants even before the flat came onto the market, the flat was let in 2 days after the first viewing.
We went with them on full management , full peace of mind with the money coming in every month. The team even took care of posting a parcel that reached my old address by mistake, that’s a 5* service.
