Bill founded Castle Residential in 2000, still active in the day to day running of the business his role involves recruiting new members to the team who share in the principles and ethos that have made the company successful.

Bill has 2 kids and enjoys spending any spare time with his family,travelling and reading are other interests he enjoys.

With the company since 2001 he ensured Castle Residential were quickly established as having the busiest and fastest growing Lettings department in the area. Having firmly cemented our place as the leading Letting agent in Ealing and Hanwell his priority is continuing this growth while making sure our ever growing list of Landlords remain satisfied with our service.

Going to the gym and dining in many of Ealing's eateries are favourite pastimes as well as being a season ticket holder at Chelsea. Surj has 2 kids and has lived in Ealing for over 20 years.

Edward joined Castle in 2005 to start our sales department which he has successfully progressed every year. Edward began in estate agency in 1998 as a junior negotiator in Sudbury, Middlesex. He fast tracked his way through the ranks in no time becoming a manager in his own successful office. Over the years Edward has worked with all types of properties, from multi million pound houses to small studio's above commercial premises, this has given him a wide range of knowledge and understanding of the housing market.

Edward continues to lead our sales staff demanding only the highest standard of customer care. He not only offers many years of experience, but also incisive negotiating skills backed by innovative lateral thinking and an ability to drive things forward to meet given deadlines.

Outside work Edward's main interest is his family (married with two young children) playing golf, football, mountain walking and good wine !

Suzannah Newby joined Castle in 2002 as an office junior straight after college. Over the years she has risen through the ranks of the lettings department with her ability to deliver results consistently under pressure satisfying landlord and tenants alike. She has extensive experience of the Lettings market and has successfully ensured our huge portfolio of properties are well looked after. She is often the first in and last out of the office as well as even coming in on her day off in the hour of need.

Being a "Hanwell" girl all her life Suzannah is well known and loved around town and you can be sure to bump into her out and about on a Saturday night. Other interests include reading, cooking, travelling and she can think of nothing better than watching a girlie movie with her fiancée with a glass of red

Lauren is our newest member of the team but has already established herself as a firm favourite with her clients. Her boundless enthusiasm, great customer skills and willingness to go that extra mile for her applicants have already brought her great results and she certainly has a succesful career in Estate Agency ahead of her.

Lauren is a keen musician and enjoys playing the piano.

Chris joined Castle last year and immediately showed why he was selected over the many other applicants.

Chris has also worked in management at a large retail company for 3 years, showing him the importance of customer care and meeting deadlines. Previously he was an English teacher and has taught as far afield as South America !!

Chris is a friendly approachable gentle giant (standing at 6' 3 ) living locally in West Ealing. Very recently married Chris enjoys reading, continues to study from home and has even time for playing the bass guitar and ultimate Frisbee.

Justyna Sienska has been with us since 2009 helping our increasingly busy office with the day to day tasks of making appointments and showing properties. She is very friendly and approachable, something that has resulted in her applicants becoming loyal and only wanting to do business with her. She describes herself as very professional but not too serious!!!

Justyna has lived locally for the past 5 years and has two children in local schools, she enjoys time with her family, visiting her native Poland and is a baker of exquisite cakes (take the office's word for it !!!!!)
